Tweed Valley Ospreys

Yeahh! The ospreys chicks are doing really well! We had one circling above the house today before heading off to the Tweed. They can be heard from the flat calling on mum and dad to come back with food. Check out the visitor centre at Glentress for live footage of the nests in Cardrona Forest and Glentress.

Tweed Love

The planning and preparation for TweedLove, a week long celebration of bike riding and good times is well under way.

Hawaii Tweed and Celluloid Tweed are being held on the evenings of Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th July. They promise to be fantastic evenings and whether you are a mountain biker or not, it would be great if everybody could make it along, say hello and see what mountain biking is all about.

Tickets for celluloid Tweed are available from the Eastgate Theatre or online at Eastgate Arts

More details on the TweedLove website.
